* Yeast 'Cheese' Sauce *

3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2 tsp cornflour (think US for this is cornstarch?)
1/8 tsp dry mustard powder
1/8 tsp garlic powder
150 ml (5 fl oz, generous 1/2 cup) soya milk
Mix dry ingredients in a pan. Slowly mix in the soya milk.
Bring slowly to simmering point, stirring constantly, then simmer
for a few seconds until thickened, stirring well.
