Vegan Cheese

100g Vegan hard margarine
40g nutritional yeast
60g full fat soya flour
2 rounded tespoons wet english mustard
1 tspn garlic puree
splash vegan worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Melt the margarine in a saucepan, then add the mustard, garlic,
salt and pepper and worcester sauce and stir until mixed up. Take
off heat.

Add nutritional yeast flakes and soya flour. If not very stiff add
25g more soya flour or even more until you cannot mix in anymore.

Place in chosen mould (I use an old marg pot) and press down hard.

Refrigerate over night until fully set.
