Garden Vegetable Casserole

1 cup vegetable broth
1 tsp. minced garlic cloves
pepper to taste
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 onions, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 turnip, sliced
4 celery ribs, sliced
6 medium carrots, sliced
1/3 cup dry white wine or sparkling apple juice

Preheat oven to 350 F. In nonstick medium saucepan over high heat;
combine broth, garlic, pepper and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 1
minute. Pour broth mixture into large nonstick baking dish. Add
remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover casserole and bake for
45 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve hot. Makes 6
servings;
