Zucchini Patties

Zucchini Burgers
1 C shredded zucchini
1/2 C diced cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 C crushed crackers, bread crumbs, or croutons
1/3 C wheat germ
Mix together. Drop by tablespoonfuls on non-stick skillet in which
1 tablespoon margarine has been melted. Brown each side about 8
minutes on medium heat.
