Pie Crust
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 1/3 cup shortening
3 - 5 tablespoon cold water
Mix flour and salt. With a pastry blender, cut in shortening until
you have pea size particles. Add water very slowly. When you have
a ball, roll out on a floured surface.
