Pat-in-Pan Pie Crust
makes one 8-9 inch shell

1 1/2 cups + 3 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 Tbsp cold milk

Mix flour, sugar and salt in the pie pan. Beat oil and milk together
with a fork and add to flour all at once. Mix together and pat
the dough up the sides and across the bottom of the pan. Flute
the edges and fill or prebake at 425 F. for 15 minutes (prick the
surface first).
