Pie Crust with Cream Cheese
3oz package cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
Cream ingredients together until well blended. Spread in tin and chill
while preparing filling.
Note: Portion the crust in mini muffin tins and then fill with a
pecan pie filling.
