OLD FASHIONED PIE CRUST

1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
2 T. plus 1 t. diet margarine
1 to 2 T. cold water

Combine flour and salt. Cut in margarine until mixture looks like
cornmeal. Add water gradually until dough is moistened and just
holds together. Roll between sheets of wax paper, or use a lightly
floured pastry coth. Roll thin, press into a pie pan, prick with
fork. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees.
