Flaky Pastry Crust

1 cup all-purpose white flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup canola oil
1 1/2 Tbsp milk

After mixing together, pat into place in pie plate. Refrigerate
for 30 minutes before filling (if going to be cooked with filling),
otherwise, bake crust at 400 degrees F until golden brown, then
add filling when cool.
