Cream Cheese Pastry
9 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups flour
Make sure the butter and cream cheese are at room temperature.
Cream together well. Sift and measure flour. Blend into creamed
mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
Pat or lightly roll pieces of dough to ftt tart shell. Bake at
450 for 5-6 minutes.
