NO FAIL GRAHAM CRUST

2 cups graham crumbs, packed
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 egg yolks, beaten

Combine Graham crumbs and sugar in a mixing bowl, ensuring that
there are no lumps. Melt butter and allow to cool for 10 minutes
at room temperature. Meanwhile, separate and fork-beat egg yolks.
Add to butter and mix thoroughly. Pour into crumb mixture and stir
completely with a wooden spoon. Pour mixture into an 11" x 13"
Pyrex pan, and bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes. Cool 10
minutes and place in refridgerator for two hours to set.
